Dearest Drinkers,
It's been a packed 5 days! We've had our first duplication of beers, our first state origin confusion, and our first beer rejection! Your commissioner has been busy researching. I also have updated the beer entry form to require entries to list the brewing company as well as the beer name, which should make things a little clearer all around.
This week saw a major upset in the game -- AJ reported 17 beers, making him the leader by far in this competition at this point! What will happen next? All I can say is...keep drinking!
Yours Always,
Your Humble Commissioner

Beer Challenge, Day 8
Salutations, Drinkers!
Your Humble Commissioner has been on vacation and unexpectedly without internet, so updates might not have been as swift as you hoped for the past few days. However, all is back to normal and should be complete and updated now!
Kurt is ahead with 5 states, followed by Peter with 4. It's a tight race! Keep sending in those beers. And trust me, you will want to send in pictures too!
Always,
the Commish

We have our first beer! At 7:57pm on March 12th, Tim reported his first beer (Ohio). Not to be outdone, Kurt followed quickly with a California brew.
Who will be next?

Use it to keep track of which beers you've sent in, which ones you need, and how you're doing against the other competitors.
As always, if you have any further questions, email fiftyonebeers@gmail.com. Also, remind your friends and family to send an email to get in on the action. Registration is still open, but the longer they wait, the more disadvantaged they are!
