The gauntlet is thrown down... Drink 51 beers in 4 months.
Sounds easy enough. Here is the twist. To count your beer in our list it has to originate from all 51 states including Washington DC. Hence 51 beers!
To enter send me a check for $5.10, by March 12.
The Rules:
1: One beer from each state
what state is listed on the label is what state the beer is from. For instance Budweiser is brewed in New Jersey, but it counts for Missouri.
2: Beer can be bottled, canned, or kegged
3: Only beer counts. Cider, Zima, Hard Lemonade, and the such don't count.
4: Brewpubs count
Scoring:
Unique beers worth 2 points (any beer not drank by another contestant)
Double beers worth 1 point (any beer drank by another contestant)

We are on the honor system.

The commissioner will keep track of all scoring and update the blog as much as possible.
If you want to enter we can debate the final rules. All the rules will be set by March 11, 2010.
